Flight MH370. Like seriously... we still have no clue.

Came here to say this. Yes it's very mainstream but it's really a huge mystery how a huge plane can just disappear from thin air, especially with all these communication and technology around. Unbelieveable :saladga:

The Dyatlov Pass incident. Nine skiers died under bizarre circumstances in 1959 in the Soviet Union. I read a book on it. Truly freaky.
----------------------------------------

"The experienced trekking group, who were all from the Ural Polytechnical Institute, had established a camp on the slopes of Kholat Syakhl in an area now named in honor of the group's leader, Igor Dyatlov. During the night, something caused them to tear their way out of their tents and flee the campsite while inadequately dressed for heavy snowfall and sub-zero temperatures.

After the group's bodies were discovered, an investigation by Soviet Union authorities determined that six had died from hypothermia while the other three showed signs of physical trauma. One victim had a fractured skull; two others had major chest fractures. Additionally, another team member was missing her tongue and eyes. The investigation concluded that an "unknown compelling force" had caused the deaths. Numerous theories have been put forward to account for the unexplained deaths, including animal attacks, hypothermia, avalanche, infrasound-induced panic, military involvement, or some combination of these.

Access to the region was closed to expeditions and hikers for three years after the incident."

I warn you: going down the rabbit hole on this one will get you SHOOK.

Trumps presidential win...like...how even?

Because Hillary Clinton doesn't understand the concept of the Electoral College, Swing States, campaigning effectively/strategically and not insulting multiple proportions of the voting populace that could also be your constituency.

Also, endless wealth?... His campaign spent about three to four times less than her billion dollar+ campaign, so that's not exactly accurate.

britneyspears

What happened with Britney in 2010, tbh........... Everyone talks about 2007, the headshaving and the umbrella, but even than and afterwards during Circus she was still the old Britney we knew from the 90s and 00s, however something apparently happened in 2010 and she is still recovering to this day. During 2011-2 she was literaly soulless, as if she was a robot or drugged 24/7.

I realy want to know what happened, I miss her oldself so much :cryga:

There's no real mystery here. During 2010-2012, she was promoting an album she wasn't a huge fan of (Femme Fatale), and it seemed like she was sick of being famous. 2013 was the infamous Britney Jean debacle. She went to Vegas, and managed to get her life back on track, and I believe she also began seeing a life coach at this time. This gave her a semblance of normality that she never really experienced since she was 16. Glory signalled a return of the 'real' Britney to the recording studio.

She'll never be as naive as I think she was pre-2007, but she's clearly very happy in her life now and I applaud her for that.

She was doing pretty dam well.. If it weren't for the phone email scandal bullshit they pulled it would be a different story.

But in the end the Orange Vulgar loudmouth won because he was interesting to people searching for things to be shaken up in Washington.. Well congratulations!

She was a weak candidate from the get go. It doesn't just boil down to "her emails." It has to do with a whole lot more than that. She didn't visit Wisconsin for months, she didn't go back to Michigan since she lost it in the Primary, she only visited Pennsylvania right before the Election. Instead she schmoozed with rich/Hollywood elites and campaigned in strongly Republican southern states and decided to choose an extremely centrist/center right VP candidate while campainging as a "Progressive" in order to hopefully pull disgruntled conservatives over (who even though they didn't like Trump, they still didn't like her more) instead of appealing to a very vocal/active proportion of the Democratic base. I wouldn't say that's doing great. That's a terrible strategy and a terrible plan. She and her campaign shot themselves in the foot on that one.

Also working with the party apparatus and their media allies to elevate Trump and making him the center of attention in order to block out the other strong contenders (who poll after poll she consistently lost to, only tieing or narrowly beating Trump) by giving him billions of dollars of free air time was a horrid plan that bit them in the ass in one of the most embarrassing political defeats in the nations history and set us on the course we are on now. :awkney:

I read about a case of a man who is apparently immortal, he is a count I think but I forgot his name... it's spooky because he's  the same person in every painting/photo through centuries so they think he is either a time traveler or an immortal :ladyhaha:

The mystery of Elisa Lam still haunts me. She stayed at a NY hotel and was found dead in a water tank on the roof weeks later after guests complained about the running water turning black. It remains unknown how she even got to the roof as it was sealed off to guests.

She was last seen in an elevator footage where she appeared to be hiding from something or someone off camera and making weird gestures as if she was hallucinating. But no drug residue was found in her system during her autopsy. Her body was perfectly intact and clean of blunt trauma/open wounds.

This was at the Hotel Cecil, one of the locations that influenced American Horror Story Hotel, in Downtown Los Angeles. Still very creepy.

Well even in the end that may be true.. But one fact remains.. The only reason he is POTUS is because of a technicality. She had the stronger voter turn out period.. So saying she had the weaker campaign is wrong. While it may have been misplaced for strategic purposes she still surpassed him in Votes.. My biggest issue with her is naming her VP.. Who was he at the time.. She had an opportunity to make a Statement.. But she failed to do that.. You can go on and on about polls how she was either beaten or narrowly won.. But How can you seriously dismiss the Email bombshell just days before the vote.. That was literally every story on every outlet before the Elections. She wasn't trusted i get that.. But at the same time NOTHING was proven. She has had Decades of bad talk about her and her family.. They weren't angels, they made huge mistakes. But she had to drag the baggage of her Husband with her.. And that worthless cheeto had the audacity to mock him during her campaign, making Hilary look like a weak woman. My sister is crippled. The man ****ing mocked disabled people. Sorry for the foul language but that one act alone showed how worthless he was. And i cant believe people are still defending/supporting him..

forgive my grammar.. i had 0 sleep.
