Arturo 40,746
10 Justin Bieber - As Long As You Love Me (feat. Big Sean) 0.3333 (Brigth green) 63 Nicki Minaj - Pound the Alarm 0.1011 (Light green) I just watched the video for ALAYLM. The choreography doesn't even look right with the song And LOL at him rolling around in bed with that girl to make him look more s-xually mature His acting is really bad. Despite the crap video, I still like the song, especially his vocals at the end. Is there any chance Nicki could rebound?

Ozzy8923 9
Gaga is going to be fine on radio. They'll play her songs as long as they are radio friendly. Look at Britney: In 2001, Clear Channel (I'm not sure if it was CC but it was a company that controlled about 100 of the 140 stations in pop radio at the time) BANNED her songs from being played on radio because she did not choose them as her tour promoter. And all her singles performed terribly on Pop Radio for about 3 years due to this ban and, next thing you know, the ban is removed and Toxic goes #1 on Pop Songs and becomes her biggest radio hit at the time. You would think that after not playing an artist for SUCH a long time that radio would have abandoned her by then. Same thing happened again when Womanizer went #1 on Pop Songs in 2008 after Britney had not had any considerable radio airplay since Everytime (2004). Good point, and I've actually been saying for awhile that I think Gaga's success with her next album will mirror that of In the Zone after Britney, Edited August 1, 2012 by Cherry

Americano 31,061
Artists always have ups and downs, and Lady Gaga's down has hardly even been that much of a drop. Radio legend and undisputed Hot 100 Queen Mariah Carey was dismissed as over, career-wise, before having one of the biggest hits in world history with We Belong Together. Think of how many times people have written off Britney Spears as "over," or Madonna during her Erotica era. Gaga just came off one of the biggest pop eras recently, even with the downsides, and is now enjoying of the biggest tours in music history. What the LATimes writes about her isn't really a cause for concern lol. I just like my hit threads. :nails: Edited August 1, 2012 by Americano

This is something that many fans need to remember. Gaga hasn't been completely abandoned by Pop Radio, MTN still made it to #14 on Pop Songs and even Judas made it to #15 on Pop Songs. Americano 31,061
This is off topic, but I don't really care. Lately I've been exploring Mariah Carey's career, and listening to all of her mega-hits. She's so lovely. :legend:
Jake 0
I think radio really likes Gaga. They even tried to play Marry The Night but it never caught up digitally.

Yeah, even after TEOG's promo peak of #3 it still peaked at #7 as an official single :nacho: Pretty damn good to me :nails:

She's so lovely. I don't really care for Mariah's music (Yet, eventually I'll stop being a lazy **** and listen to some of it ), but her voice is so soothing. I think radio really likes Gaga. They even tried to play Marry The Night but it never caught up digitally. Radio was nice to MTN, the public wasn't.
