I only dislike BBB from the 3 you mentioned.

Don't hate on Hair :emo:

Well I just find Hair incredibly average. Gaga is not an average pop artist, so I just find that song really disappointing coming from her. She should have given the song to Jordan Sparks or something.

I really don't think it would have charted well.

:rip:

I'm guilty of liking Hair better than TEOG when they were released as promos :P

Obviously my opinion has changed and TEOG ****s on it but that's just how I felt.

Anyway, back to charts...uhm

I think Hair would of done well, tbh. Relatable lyrics that can connect to a teenage audience, especially teenage girls (who happen to be proven as the people who buy the most digital music legally). It had a catchy hook and a great chorus. I like Hair a lot, and I would of rather had it released then MTN.

I'm sure it could have been a Top 20 hit

They're not even selling .1% of what Whistle is selling :rip:

It's hard enough to hear what she's even saying during the chorus. Hard to relate to something you cant understand. It would be even worse over the radio...

Pound the Alarm video was quite bad. I could of shot that music video in my backyard and it would of come out better. Honestly, this is the time when I begin to appreciate the Born This Way era even more. In comparison to most of her contemporaries, Gaga did an amazing job with the Born This Way era and the next one will be even better.

Exactly. The only era that I think was handled well, besides the BTW era, was the Femme Fatale era (and I'm not just saying that because I'm a Britney stan). Even though the album itself only sold half as much as Britney's previous release, Femme Fatale still managed 3 top 10 singles (HIAM #1, TTWE #3, IWG #7), 3 top 10's in Radio (HIAM & IWG #6, TTWE #4 w/ IWG being Britney's biggest radio hit EVER and her first crossing the 100 million mark in audience impressions), a well-performing tour (Britney's second best-selling tour, $67 million gross), 3 top 10's in Pop Radio (HIAM #3, TTWE #4, IWG #1), and all the songs had good music videos too and all 3 managed to go at least Platinum (HIAM 1.5 million, TTWE 2.6 million, IWG 1.6 million). Seems good to me. Plus FF was Britney's highest-reviewed album in 10 years (67 on Metacritic).

Criminal though :laughga:

I don't really count that....only because you're delusional if you were actually expecting the MDNA era to smash.

I'm sure Madonna and her team new she'd flop with that album. They just wanted the money from the tour

I would have released the singles as:

1. Born This Way

2. TEOG

3. You and I

4. Hair

MTN, Scheisse, Heavy Metal Lover, etc are fan favorites and awesome dance tracks. They just aren't built for the radio. MTN is more mainstream than scheisse, and it didn't even make the top 20. The songs are awesome, but singles are released to sell. There are songs on the album that would have sold more than MTN or Scheisse.

Acting like a slut with random models isn't paying homage to your home country.

Actually, when it comes to carnival, it is :toofunny:
