BABYL0N 3,175
I love the synths and the production in general and the bridge is one of the best bridges since MTN, The Queen and Mary Jane Holland

Werk 13,166
I understand why one wouldn't like Hey Girl but I love it because not only is it underrated how for the fact that Florence is on it but it's a bop like not a dance club bop etc. but one of those mid tempo "alternative" vibe bops

Sneaky Oliver 22,495
Yes I love Hey Girl, I love her sweet voices, the instrumental is so good and kinda sexy to me and that bridge and the outro with Florence’s “ooooh”. How do you guys dare to hate it ?!?

Whoever can't see that Hey Girl is a bop, they are blind. Hey Girl is bop central. I love it. The beat is everything
SHALLOW 16,469
I like it but Gaga and Florence together... i mean.. the expectations were HIGH.
Dunk96 2,526
I love Hey Girl and I think it's one of Joanne's highlights. Spoiler My mom's still under the assumption that it's about lesbians in a relationship though.
Inferno 2,880
It is actually because it was one of the only songs on the album besides John Wayne that I liked immediately and I thought would be an obvious single or at least performance choice. Yet it was completely ignored and quite honestly I don't even think the generalized fanbase cares about it that much either they're too busy obsessing over Dancing In Circles because its about masturbation. All that being said, im kind of over it. Idk if i listened to it too much or what but i feel nothing for it anymore. maybe thats why it was ignored? they felt nothing for it either after sitting with it so long. its still way better than dancing in circles though. blackcoffee 1,264
Hey Girl is very underrated. The laidback 70s synth vibes are so great. Pitchfork even named it track of the week after Joanne came out. I’ll never understand the dislike this fan base gives to the song (or CTM or Sinner’s Prayer, all of which are amazing). https://pitchfork.com/reviews/tracks/18581-lady-gaga-hey-girl-ft-florence-welch/
