As much as I want it before, i think it would be smart to release it first half of 2019, but then again it seems like she's worked so much on LG6 already. If she had released a lead in January it could have worked. Then album would've come out in March (Femme Fatale release schedule), second single in April, third single would be out in July, with perhaps the single from ASIB in September and end LG6 at the third single. Bloodpop X Gaga is definitely coming this year, but I feel now that when goes for her residency LG6 will come out and she will do a world tour 2019/2020 if she feels well enough.
