however, it is the tea :deadbanana: i wonder why no other big names have worked with DJWS, maybe he needs to produce a WW smash hit first?

I hate to drag him or any of Gaga's collaborates but sometimes this base needs a nice slice of humble pie when it comes to DJWS tenor.gif?itemid=10353356

But yes I absolutely agree with you. They both lack that spark when they work solo and I think DJWS needs a hit with another artist before big names are interested in him. Right now ppl view him as like "property of Gaga" which is horrible for any producer. You don't want to only be associated with one artist. sad.png

Arrástralas por pendejas.

Anyway, I wonder if we're ever going to hear the rest of Tea. Yes, I know he has a career of his own but he teased that song for a reason.. I want to believe.

Luxe Ford

Sort of nice. When my mind started to wander I contemplated what war, sex and drugs have in common. And when the piece was over I'm still contemplating.

Off to listen to some Future Sound Of London and Autechre, who did similar stuff way better over twenty years ago.

What happens in Luxe Ford stays in Luxe Ford

Cerny

I like when he teams up with Gaga but he doesn’t have a very distinctive sound, does he?

Someone that is super familiar with Detroit’s, Chicago’s, New York’s and Japan’s underground music scene should be able to absorb something that deviates from conventional music, something unusual and fresh yet catchy enough and with a sense of provocativeness to ride the mainstream wave and become the next big thing. I know that’s what he wants and I think he has the potential to deliver and do exactly that, but this mix/EP is not it.

I kinda agree with that. Granted, I still want to process this whole EP more than once.

The Clock Is Ticking was pretty impressive. Waiting for something to beat that from him. Maybe this will be it, after the second or third listen, idk.

3 points in and ready for more
