Y'all better stop coming for PI :excuseu:

And no John Wayne wouldn't be a hit :selena: but it's still one of Gaga's most underrated bops

I don’t think so. It’s a decent song, but aside from MR, nothing on the album stands out as single material.

let me remind you a-yo exists :sis:

... and now i just sit in silence.

Definitely. I took 3 GP friends to see her in Pittsburgh and they pick it, Million Reasons, Dancin In Circles, A-YO, and Come to Mama as their faves. Not saying CTM would've been a good single, but maybe it should've gotten a plug at the Grammys with Angel Down or Million Reasons.

John Wayne definitely could've worked as a single...as the lead idk? A-YO or hell even Perfect Illusion fit as the lead better for me, John Wayne just feels underwhelming as a lead. A great song, and one of my all time faves but lead single?? Perfect Illusion could've done perfectly fine had it gotten a better, calculated push. Radios were ready to play Gaga, iHeartRadio was plugging her every 5 seconds on social media leading up to its release. Put out the video on release week (which should've been VMAs week mind you, we know the single was done, radios heard it in August) and it would've been an EASY top 10 debut which would trickle down. More people would hear it >> more exposure >> more radio >> more exposure, etc. etc.

Million Reasons was great for its timing, people ate it up when they heard it. A better performing PI would've led to momentum for MR on radio, meaning by SB it would be in a good position for SB to give it a last huge push. MR could've been dead by the end of February. March and April could've been John Wayne with the video that had been filmed just as it was. Just let it do what it can with post SB hype and the momentum from PI and MR. The Cure could've been released just as it was but then sent to radio in May with a video, radio, and streaming push in time  for summer. Top it off with a performance on The Voice and that's all that would be needed.

Finish the era off in August with DIC and a sexy video and a performance at the VMAs. BAM. A 3x platinum album with SPS and 5 platinum singles :trollga:

lmao as if Gaga's team is capable of doing that/wanted to do that :ladyhaha:

Not a complete hit, but a moderate one.

Absolutely not

It isn't radio friendly, it doesn't have a "replay factor", nobody cared about the John Wayne video when it was released, and the list goes on. John Wayne is boring unless you're watching it live

:what: :neyde:

This mutual gaze was a “longing to touch” or a "pre-coitus" stare.

Well my 6 year old half brother heard it once and demands it be played every time we are in the car and my best friends who aren't super into Gaga all somehow found the song and love it without me having to play it. So I'd say a solid - maybe.

Absolutely not :rip: This is too "noisy" for the GP just like PI so a big NO. And when the MV came out, it never cross the top 100 on Itunes. The reason why the stream on Spotify are more important than the rest is because she promoted at the Victoria Secret Show. The stream on Youtube tells the real story, even Till It Happen to You video has more views :rip:
