His shows are usually awesome and innovative (Nip/Tuck's first three seasons!) but usually go downhill or end up reinforcing heteronormativity under the perfect illusion of being gay/queer forward. Focus on AHS and ACS, please. And get back to the gut wrenching horror on AHS (MH & Asylum say hello--even Freakshow in how it shows the treatment of fellow human beings). I guess I can never tell if he is being campy or forward in his weird narratives.
