Those things are primary needs nowadays. Mothers give smarthphones to their kids so they can be communicated everyday 24 hours, especially where I live because it's an unsafe country and parents want to make sure their kids are ok everytime they leave the house. Internet access is also a primary need for kids to do their homework. Everybody uses the internet. Also we have free internet access. And afford internet access to stream music is cheaper than buying music on the long run.

And people here all the music they listen to they do it using YouTube. That's why YouTube is so big in Latin America. If there were no more streaming services people would download music illegally. That way, artists wouldn't see a penny from us. At least thanks to streaming services they get some coins.

I was just talking to my wife about doing spotify because thats 10 dollars of unlimited music and i spend like 40-60 a month of music buying albums, singles, etc. already.

I don't care if artists make *enough* money by streaming 😂 they make loads by touring and what not 

 

And $10 is my cap per month, not paying any more than that. It's the equivalent of one album per month whixh is what I would've bought normally on average.
