Daniel Curtis Edie 25
Coming from someone who voted for Hillary in the general election: 1. A Biden run would surely guarantee a Trump 2020. People are fed up with democrats who don't represent a change in the system. Clinton didn't represent that change and Biden sure as heck won't either. The Democratic party was plagued by corporations and big pharma because of the Clinton administration, back in the day. Its time to shift the power back to the people and not the politicians who thrive off corporate donantions and favors. 2. Clinton lost because she was unfavorable. Votes are not guaranteed to anyone, so slamming others for her loss is nonsense and childish. We only have her and her supeficial campaign, based on celebrity endorsements, to blame. She was EXTREMELY out of touch with blue collar and working class people. Ultimately, these people decided the outcome of our election. 3. Bernie's republican cross over appeal is AMAZING. He would have won the GE, if not for the DNC messing with the primaries. People who hadn't voted their entire lifes came out and supported this man in the primary. 4. Because of Bernie, we have the most progressive platform the Democratic party has seen. He's done more for the party and the people it's SUPPOSED to represent than Clinton could ever dream of. FalsePromise 424
Comments here against Bernie are exactly why Trump is the president rn. You wanted war criminal Hillary just cuz she's a female even tho Bernie was better in every single way than her. You get what you deserve

Morphine Prince 109,648
He doesn’t stand a chance if he runs independent, the DNC probably won’t support him as much, and the climate is different. A ‘safe’ Democrat needs to win. They will appear ultra progressive compared to Trump either way.
Lion Heart 15,041
50 is the new 40, he'll be fine. He's won't be THAT old. Also, I would like to remind people that Bernie isn't even in the top ten OLDEST Senators. And I find it laughable that people are slamming Bernie for being too old and going for Biden, when Biden is merely 1 year younger than him. 5 hours ago, Born To Slay said: Watching the Hillary people bitch is so fun.
