I really like it, just needs a few fixes!

1. Bring Gaga down so you don't see the pink border, as mentioned above

2. Add shadow to the words, to make them easier to read and to make them more professional!

3. Try making "Throwback" italicized so it blends with the hashtag, nothing critical.

Especially the #THROWBACK part. That font doesn’t work with the whole thing at all.

can you add a black border to gaga

i think the cover requires more contrast, this version seems a bit distracting that the focus is more on the background of lipsticks rather than gaga

a thick black border around gaga may fix that

Some suggestions:

1. Try to keep Gaga's face in the center of the page (shift it a bit to the right basically), and you could also make her face a bit bigger.

2. Make the font more retro like the others have said.

I like the concept a lot

But as many people said you should rework the font (it has always been my main issue so I feel you sis )

Also I think your color scheme is way too busy. You have blue, yellow, orange/copper from the hair, bright red, Gaga's lipstick red, 2 shades of pink. That's a lot visually

I think the 80s and Fashion should be in the same size, and change the pink color to the hashtag, and align them to the left. 

Also, as others said, you should add shadows to the words to make it look more retro

As others said, a different font would be better, and the size of the text doesn't have to be that big, as you can see on the covers you said.

Also, if you have some skills in photography editing, you should change the tones of the picture a bit, because the colors lack a bit of saturation or something, and it works in the context of the picture on its own, but here it doesn't work with the background, it's not natural.
