Gaga references possible song idea from ARTPOP

During a performance of "hair" in Singapore promoting Born This Way she lifts her shoe to the top of the piano revealing the red underside and proclaims she is "also her shoes, but maybe she will write about that on her next album." 

 

Could this have been the possible early beginnings of the song "red flame" a song which references her iconic stripper shoes with red bottoms? In the song red flame she sings: 

Patent leather
6 inch, high heel
Ostrich, platform
Mary Jane, thirty-seven
Red flame (Yes girls, pump it).

IMO i don't think this was a reference to red flame but a possible reference to the fact writing a song about shoes had been floating around in her idea bank for a while which would later be conceived as the song "Red Flame"

no at the time i doubt she had written any lyrics or had the title in her head, maybe she just knew she wanted to write a song about shoes and the idea was resurrected in 2012
