She actually liked a tweet about bidding farewell to Joanne era. It's kinda obvious that she wanna wrap things up with a new material somehow, which is the piano version. Maybe gaga thought it would be nice to have a new version since the album version is out for like almost a year. (little complainers will complain that the era is tiring/not a surprise etc) Maybe it's for us to have something that is somehow new to our ears before starting #LG6. 

Give her time, be patient for the bops. Originally, the bops you want are on #LG5 but was saved for later cuz gaga thinks Joanne was the right album to put out first. She will deliver this time, I guarantee you. Just trust her, and don't expect too much.

I'd prefer Angel Down at the Grammys instead of Joanne a few days ago, but now I understand that Joanne is perfect end of this era
