Tbh, Interescope is kinda over. I just checked the artists they have listed and they got almost no hits last year (since April 2017), biggest are:

Maroon 5 - What Lovers Do

Anyways, the amount of artists that have been slowly dying in the past years is also alarming...

It is true that they dominated during late 2000s but as of now, Interescope is not even close to what it used to be. And it is only showing signs of a bigger decline.

that's exactly my point though, there's not point attaching gaga to every hit song if her label and management can't actually secure a solo career if their end game is hits and chart success

interscope needs to get it together if that's the case because attaching gaga to a cardi song is just a short term solution for a bigger problem  that particular song may have amazing streams we can finally boast about but her solo work would still suffer if they don't actually learn how to play the game
