There’s to say that Britney announced her residency altogether with Work Bitch release in September. We already know that Gaga is doing a residency so the dates announcement should come earlier, but i think not before summer because i mean, she cancelled some dates just last month so announcing them now or in April would be awkward imo.

But it still would be nice to have the trailer next month, or a teaser at least. Big movies with stars like Cooper and Gaga and with high potential are usually promoted months and months before the actual premiere, so yeah. We'll see soon what is Warner's plan with this.

 

The cast of the Avengers: IW, one the biggest movies ever, still haven't started their main promo tours yet and the movie premiers next month. I don't think we'll see big promo for ASIB until the fall.

To be fair this is their fourth movie together and all of their movies had slightly different promo schedule. And I mentioned Jurassic Park saga bc this is the example of a production that gets promo months and months before the release.

Having said that I don’t necessarily disagree with you. While I think the teasers and trailer will debut at least two months before the movie, it would be reasonable to expect them promoting it on some tv shows mainly in the week of the release. 

I am fresh off the CMBYN promo tour. It was exhausting. They did everything, went everywhere, it lasted the whole year. Sure, it was a different situation and a different movie, still as evident it all varies.

I mean bloodpop pretty much confirmed he and gaga has a collab coming soon on twitter and both have been posting pictures of them together on social media, it's 99% confirmed 

It's not one of those cases where fans were like "OMG REDONE AND GAGA ARE BOTH IN EUROPE, FRANKESTEIN COMING TOMORROW GUYS"  We actually have some decent information this time around.

WB isn't going to waste their money promoting a lower budget film for 7 continuous months. That's all. And even the Avengers need promo.

Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom is promoting quite heavily right now through video game releases and a dinosaur protection website which is mainly for stans who want plot holes filled in on some of the lore lol

I did not say they will go full on promoting it in May. I tried to explain that it all happens in varied ways and it depends on multiple things and the studio. I guess we’ll see what hapens.
