"Million Reasons only has impact in US"

It might not have conquered the radios in my country (Romania) but it has impact even here, in fact one time i heard a kid singing the song in MY TOWN, I never heard anyone singing a Gaga song here. I was literally so shook

Million Reasons has much more of an impact than what charts are saying, like i said in my country when it comes to charts this song was far away from the top but it's literally the most covered Lady Gaga song here, people knows it

The song has been sung in virtually every single talent show around the world. Charts don't mean much when you have a song that sounds like a classic before you've even released it.

it was a hit in Mexico as well, it certified platinum here 

so MR was a hit in almost all the important music markets.
