Apple Music got released in June 2015, so its not like on Spotify when Roar and Dark Horse etc were smashing in 2013.

And was incredibly forgettable. When we sit through eurovision we already have to spend 3hours of people singing and then 2 hours of results ain't nobody got time for a guest performer.

If they had put MR in TTH and each country top hits playlists  and they had pushed the song to radio i'm sure we would had peaks top 20 atleast all over the world. For example in sweden, the song spent like 8 months just outside the top 100 and is eligible for platinum but had a peak only at 71. It was almost in none of the promoted playlists here, had like 1 radio spin at most every day at day time and no peformances aired (except VS and superbowl that had like no viewers). It was liked and had longetivty but not enough people got to know the song since there weren't any push for it.

Italy and Swittzerland on the other hand had the song played on radio alot and in spotify playlists specific for their countries and it manged to peak 7 and 12 and was one of the longest staying gaga singles evere there. It's really to bad how they treated the song apart from peformances in the US 

This is so true. Her label / management should of pushed MR in Europe as well. I mean it deff wouldn't have gone top 10 or w/e but it would of collected healthy international sales and streams in general and would of helped pave the way for her next era instead in a lot of international markets they feel like they havn't heard of Gaga in a long while.

Also I don't think the cure was ever going to be top 10 on spotify, but it was a step forward for her. We need more songs like that to help her improve progressively also payola.

This. "The Cure" imo was not going to be some enormous smash WW but it could of been more pushed. Oh well

There was a rumor Katy was trying to book it or something like that but that American Idol live shows would interfere or something. Not sure who else would get it now (if they even have someone perform this time).
