I love how much Gaga has changed the game with red carpets. If it were 2008, what Gaga rocked last night would be so buzz worthy and head turning. But she’d made dramatic looks a norm in pop

There's a small part of my heart wants gaga to do one more commercial successful  era and then just  do whatever she wants
I think the best record she can ever put out will only happen when she stops caring about what her fans and her label wants
and I do believe she made Joanne more pop to please her fans and her boss:laughga:( I love that record tho!)

Gaga fans also hated DITD at the BRITs in 2010. So, nope, again your GGD expertise doesn’t stand against Billboard receipt collections. :gaycat:

It’s not my GGD expertise, tho. Also cultural impact, negative or positive is something Billboard can’t really measure. Having said that, I appreciate your relentless and always on point approach to use receipts. Something I will learn. :hug:I’m gonna drop it now. Love ya too much.

i love that it's no longer "what crazy did gaga where this year?" but instead she get's aclaim and talked about as best dressed of the night even though it's quite shocking compared to what other would wear :gaycat:

Yup, she’s normalized over the top fashion. Granted her look is the first one in all of the media so they def still know it’s the most buzz worthy even if people are used to her now

I just respect you so much that I literally had a panic attack after getting into an argument with you.

The ashes may be ARTPOP’s but her grave had  BTW and Alejandro written on it. So yeah, hopefully. Just my usual annoying but true two cents.

This. So much this. Alejandro was the first big backlash this fanbase faced. Next single after that was BTW (second backlash, I remember everyone mentioning the Madonna thing [like Ryan from 1Republic] and her creepy/"ugly" looks). Then the next single right after BTW was Judas (****ing third backlash in a row). The rest is history. ARTPOP was doomed before its conception.

Trying to compete with Roar was a mistake, but.. Ya know, as time has gone by...

Alejandro was her biggest hit worldwide probably.

Of course, but even then it’s not like people are shocked. People assume Gaga will bring it. It’s a good thing
