Top 90 on hot 100 or i Riot. No, but seriously, some of you guys are overreacting with your meltdowns.

Joanne is everything but commercial seriously and the video is certainly not something that the GP would replay 1526367 times. Most of the views she got is definitely came from the fanbase

That's not even a huge deal, it's kind of clear that Joanne version was only made as a gift to close the era, nothing more... No meltdown to have

Throwback to when applause got 11M first day and almost beat that vevo record at the time and people still thought we were doing bad back then.

She really needs to do a big push for LG6 lead video. Debut it on GMA again on screens all over new york. Let the video drop the same day as the song. No intros etc just the song made with a proffesional director and with a good story/visuals. I don't mind the simple visuals of joanne but the lead video atleast need to be epic and share worthy. She can do more simple videos for later singles/album tracks but she really needs to have one viral video again to make people notice her youtube account again.

I think it's a shame the ARTPOP era imploded and she felt a need to change her image and restructure her career, because it didn't really need to be necessary. Applause was hugely successful. If she had just continued on the era like she did Applause everything would have been fine and she would have gotten multiple hits. Sure it only hit 4, but it was huge on radio and huge on streaming, served great longevity, charted for nearly four months in the Top 10 ...

Just imagine if she hadn't gone psycho and fired Troy and just kept the era going like this :/ Everything would be so different nowadays.

A video for DWUW would have been very very successful to be honest, that song was doing very good on the radio WW. It would have gone top 10 on hot 100 for sure

Lady Gaga will have another successful video when she'll get another international hit

I don’t think anyone is denying it. We’re talking about different stuff tho.

Exactly! Joanne is not international, hence why her YouTube stats suck. End of story.

didn't interscope and troy force her to work even though she had just broke her hip and then just left her when it didn't do as good as they have hoped? :poot:
I don't think she is the one going psycho, just her team treating her inhuman.

It’s not that simple, but I agree with your earlier post about Applause.

Let's be serious ... after her surgery she realized she didn't really want to be a pop star anymore. So she started rebelling. And it's never been the same since. So in turn she destroyed her career and only to rebuild it back up again as a "vocalist" rather than a "pop star"

Applause has great views for being just pre-streaming, imo. Could be better but definitely not horrible considering it didnt do that great internationally. Also, Applause was regularly on Top 10 of Spotify for months back then ... even though that didn't mean much. Poor Gaga was literally ahead of the curve on streaming, and now she's lost in it.

Don’t you dare say “let’s be real” when DJ White Shadow himself has corroborated and confirmed this same story multiple times. She was being used and abused by her manager and team. So happy she’s better now

She was literally performing every single day during the BTW, flights across the world, multiple promo slots every day of the week, and she had no problem with it then. Yet for some reason she has as problem with it for the ARTPOP era? I understand I'm simplifying it, but my point is that she ruined the ARTPOP era because she didn't want to put in the work to make it successful. Her manager, Troy, was simply doing his job; Gaga just didn't want to, and felt she was being overworked.
