ItsTommyBitch 12,640
At least this time they couldn't compromise on something that will actually harm innocent Americans. I don't blame the Democrats, because I know they tried. It's better (but still bad) than Republicans pointlessly trying to block Obamacare, which actively DID help millions of Americans. Republicans have literally no moral compass if it doesn't suit them financially or with their power Unfortunately, Republicans and right wing media will frame this as the Evil Democrats holding our government hostage over some "immigrants" as people's true motivations come out. Trump admitting to basically not wanting immigrants here because hes literally just a racist in the last few days (years really, sorry if yall don't pay attention) for example Democrats will get the hate as media scrambles to scream "Government shutdown!" and scare people Meanwhile this happened just a few years ago and no one batted an eye (except the millions of affected Americans then too ) Because it'll be framed as "Save some immigrants? Or save THE GOVERNMENT and then misinformed fools will be like "obviously the government"? It's already happening on social media Oh well, Dems tried to do the moral thing 私自身もこの世の中も誰もかれもが, どんなに華やかな人生でも, どんなに悲惨な人生でも, いつかは変貌し, 破壊され、消滅してしまう. すべてがもともとこの世に存在しない一瞬の幻想なのだから

The military.. The military is considered an essential branch, they will be required to work during the shut down.. Currently the military branches are paid until Feb 1st. If a bill is not passed before then they will be required to work without pay.
