This is why I was so against everyone on that other thread that was complaining that they did not our Latin America...Like, did ya´ll think it was easy to arrange such a thing? they are doing the best they can. His comment of "come to vegas" wasnt even bad...ya´ll pressed fans just cant deal. you have a whole year- two years to save up and go to vegas, if anything its certain you´ll see her because you get to plan it rather than wait and hope that she´ll be back.

im so sorry for bobby, and also gaga cause even if she wasnt mentioned on the post she has been getting hate too.

Spoiler

however, I will say that after seeing the huge backlash that might come for the next tour lol...

You're right. That's why the "Little Monster" fan base is like 40% of what it used to be in 2011\2010. If people are still here til today, it's because they probably love & support Gaga on (most of) her decisions.

Gaga actually also enjoy this fact, this have been coming since "BTW" single release, then Judas "baptism" (some will leave me but some will stay) then ARTPOP "me and real fans belong together" then Jazz etc etc etc.

She's always...hm... "testing" (is this the right term? don't think so but kinda get it) her fans to see if they'll keep going or just leave

edit: right now, I also think they're more interested about getting "casual listeners" than actual fans\LITTLE MONSTERS. Just like bigger artists for the "general public" like Adele... It's not like they're huge fanbases, but general public likes her and go to concerts etc

she should enjoy it, the relationship she had with her fans during those years was really toxic and bad for her because they think she's obligated to fulfill their wishes because they love her so much !
she didn't test her fans, she basically just tried to do what she wants and those so-called stans left her and tried every way to make her feel sorry for her decision because they didn't like her doing what she wanted.
it's not very different from  those parents who want to control their children's life, in the name of love

the only thing she shouldn't do is giving fans empty promises, and now she learn her lesson and be honest with us and simply tell us she can't do what they want, they are still unhappy about it

You're not wrong, but still

the part I put on Bold: not everyone would support her, and if they dislike the "decisions", they will leave. What we expect to happen? People just stay?? that won't happen.

And sometimes we all overload this as it's only Gaga related. This is a full culture, it's always been this way and always will be with EVERYONE. It's the "weight" of being a star. That's why some people really don't live with fans: Beyoncé is a prime example of only showing up to promo her albuns\tour and then vanish away for months. Some people like her, some don't.

Some people used to like gaga for the "human connection-tie" between fans & artist. It was different but right now it's just way more "cold-relationship" but still, people who support her are probably ok with this. People who don't like this "connection" just left the fan-base and that's it

Cause it’s so easy and cheap to us here to come to America anytime 💀

Not mentioning the visa

I can't afford to come to America either. I didn't say it's cheap nor easy. If you have the time/money you can see her, if not, better luck next time

Ok, sending them hate is not ok, and people doing it are stupid

But some of you (US and Europe) should shut the **** up with this "entitled" ****

You get your artist secured every tour, we have to wait years, now almost a decade to see our favorite artist, we have a reason to complain (again, not hate, just complaining)

When you're a "public person" (or worst, you're the "voice" for SOMEONE just like he's there "representing Gaga") you actually should, yes, think of the way you speak.

"He said nothing wrong" but it offended people and that's the point. People felt offended by the way it was said\what was said or whatever, and people react of different ways. I felt offended, yes, but the only thing I've done was joke about it on twitter and talking about it here on Gagadaily. Also, that post (mine, the "THINK" and "supposed to feel sorry?" ) was also joking, these are common memes even here on GGD. But people saying "latin american stans are rats" and "cancer of the internet"...

doest it make people better than the ones sending hate for Bobby? No.

It's not also like just because he "apologised" that people wiill truly forgive. For me it's Ok, it's nice he realized it hurt people and apologized, but it's a personal experience and you can't count on everyone reacting the same, right? But it's just a matter of time.

Exactly.

I'm a North American fan (since this seems to be turning into a NA vs world thing) and my city always gets a date. In fact, my city got TWO dates for JWT. So I'm not speaking from hurt feelings here.

But a manager of a public figure should really think before he speaks. Even if he meant no harm in it, and just didn't have a good grasp of the Spanish language, it's still unprofessional to say it regardless. The fact that he backtracked and explained he didn't actually mean that phrase shows that even he knows that phrase was wrong and somewhat insulting.

Overall he has been a good manager. Not Taylor/Beyonce level good but he's done a good job. This was probably his one slip up. Hopefully he learns from it.

yeah people can always leave:laughga: but there's no need to leave hateful comments or trash her before they unstan her
I think it's sweet that she used to be so close to her fans but after I saw her in Barcelona(probably the only chance I would ever have since I'm Asian)  I could feel that she has changed a lot since ARTPOP, she kind of be like Beyonce now you know, she said she's happy to be there, greeting everybody with a big smile and being so professional  all night but it all looks plotted and a little bit fake, like she's just there doing her job(but she delivered an amazing show anyway!)
I'm saying that because she used to be so raw and emotional during her tour and now it seems like after seeing those fans she loved put so much hate on her when she did something against their will, she can't bear it anymore and need to keep her distance from her fans(maybe not true tho! it's just what I think. I still believe she love us but not as much as she did in the beginning of her career.)

I get that LM's in other countries are upset. It really is a lot to ask of a fan to pay thousands of US dollars to travel to Vegas to see her. It's literally impossible for many of her Latin America fans to come up with that kind of money. Bobby should be aware that a large portion of her fans don't have that kind of money, and so it was pretty rude of him to say "Come to Vegas".

I'm not defending or condoning online bulling of any kind, I'm just saying that I think that Bobby was being pretty insensitive with that comment.

Not an excuse to attack him - fans can get their point across in an intelligent and respectful way.

The fans shouldn't have attacked him like that but her team really should have at least scheduled ONE date in Brazil to make up for cancelling it. Of course she has health problems and many more things going on that we don't even know but I do understand how frustrating it is for fans to learn that she isn't redoing Brazil but instead she announces a 2 year vegas concert. And the "come to Vegas" comment does come across as very insensitive and rude considering that most people can't afford it and already spent so much money to see her in Rio just to have is cancelled.

This thread :rip:

I know y’all don’t believe this, but Gaga’s team actually does check social media and GagaDaily...they’re very aware of what you say...please be kind. It’s frustrating but not an excuse to have a tantrum or meltdown. Some fans will legit never be able to see her, just be grateful that you could in the past.

Make example of European fans few months ago who pouring lots of love when Gaga had to rescheduled the EU leg than sending her hate that will affect on her health the bad way.

And if she treated Europe the same way as Brazil, not reschedule and then announce a 2 year vegas concert with Bobby telling them to "come to Vegas," I'm sure the response would have been similar to Latin America. Not supporting bullying but everyone needs to stop telling people who can't/were suppose to see her and now have to wait until 2021 before the earliest possibility of another tour.
