It all boils down to power, gay men are seen as 'weak' because they're likely to submit to other men; women instead are helpless with this logic since the only thing they can do is 'bottom' this is the foundation of all religions, sex shame. and that's just not islam, obviously, but they are currently the most dogmatic religion, and least tolerant.
