This will be great for Gaga gaining more casual fans. She's going to be performing in a city with a constant revolving door of tourists looking to see something fun and different, and there is no doubt that she'll be a popular choice. On top of that, Gaga is wonderful at doing jazzy/lounge style music, which would fit Vegas, and which I'm sure she'll pepper throughout her show with her other hits. This also essentially guarantees us a DVD of her residency at some point.

If she wasn't doing this, she could easily have taken 2 years to release a new album and just spent the time being low key a la the era between ARTPOP and Joanne. Instead, you'll have multiple dates during which you can travel and see her live. JFC.

I agree with most of what you say and it could be really good for her!! I prefer her to stick to Gaga the artist rather than a part of a corporate machine. It would be more exciting for a bar tour or something (for my taste). She seemed like she was more of a raw artist, not a counting her dollars signing on the dotted line artist. But this could go very well in her favour for ones that just want her to have her name in bright lights. I love Vegas! Id love to see her in Vegas, just her saying that's what she always wanted doesn't add up with what she said in the past I know she seems to change her mind all the time, im used to that. I really hope it works well for her. Do I think its too early? yes, do I think she should be paid more? yes do I think shes selling out??? dont know but id LOVE to go!!

God yeah, I think people are bringing Brit up because shes been slagged off by gaga fans for years for doing Vegas. I brought Brit up to compare how much they are paid.

Totally agree Donnie, Brits got 2 kids and wanted a stable life somewhere, she teaches a local little dance class on her days off. She's sorted. Like her or not she finally found something that fitted her life and it worked. I cringed everytime I read the horrible things monsters spat out.

Then you wonder why I barely come on here these days. People are so bitter about things she does because they don’t align with their personal interests. Be better, not bitter. This will be very good for her. 

And unless certain fans work for her team, don’t comment about this being a terrible move for her. People should be looking at this with an open mind; instead you get meltdowns. 

And not for anything, sit and complain all you want you know damn near well everyone on here will be going to see her.
