Late 2018 to maybe early 2019. The las vegas review journal confirmed 36 shows. She won't be gone forever. We have amazing recording studios in Las Vegas, she has time to stabilize and create magic in this beautiful city (Yes,  I am a Vegas Native) . If this was a residency in your city the reaction would be different. Honestly some of you guys need to chill out and be happy for our girl. So much negativity in this thread, I can't. 

400k per show seems not that much, these reports are not right I don’t think.

She just grossed 75 million from 30-40 world tour dates, and then she’d accept only 15 million for 40 shows in Vegas, that she doesn’t need to do?

I will be there every show. 

Maybe it’s to help her heal a bit more. It’s a bit more stable than touring 

 

 Edit: when I was looking  into buying Britney tickets her schedule at that time was she was performing three or four days out of the week for amonth then she was going to take two months off  and then come back to do more shows.

Gaga herself doesn't get 75 million from 30-40 shows. They have to pay to run the show which is hugely expensive. She probably only gets like 15m from 40 shows

I think there was a financial explanation on how touring profit works in one of the music magazines, and the artist gets something like 10% after all the deductions, costs, management fees, taxes etc

Gays are overreacting as usual.  I don't want to imagine what would you do for 100m or even 1m. She will just sing, have a good time and get paid. What a tragedy!

She, as the headliner, gets 33% of the gate. However, if the show is as profitable as hers, she might have provisions in her contract for a bigger percentage of the gross after the certain amount has been reached.

For example: she gets 33% of the first million, and then 50% of everything thereafter.

the Las Vegas Review Journal reported it, it's probably not fake, although I doubt anyone has the actual numbers right.

Not really, I work in the film industry. I think her promotion will be the typical-Late Shows etc. as well as attending a few premiers and red carpets. It won't take long.

That sounds right, but this is most probably her gross fee... then come the taxes etc, so she's not left with the whole amount
