To be honest I'm not a fan, haven't really listened to her discography but she deserves a top 10 place, that song is just iconic. And she has a pretty neat career as I know

There can be 99 bottoms in the area but all it takes is 1 top to believe in you.

Billboard charting rules in the 90s prevented it from charting. 

Only official singles could chart
