I do not use conservative as a general pejorative. The word is quite literally defined as unwilling to accept change and wanting to keep status quo. In social progress, people who oppose it are by definition conservative. And these people tend to be religious zealots and bigots.

They are the same in every country they are at. To be naive is not to acknowledge that. Swedish people have nothing to do with this incident.

in London the protestors (including Bella Hadid) chanted to kill the Jews and none of them were really British.

No, progress is not a term for "the good people". You can progress into a ditch or a dictatorship. You can change from healthy into unhealthy. Those words (Dear Leader Hussein Obama peace be upon him) have no intrinsic meaning of righteousness. Conservative means defending your country as much as opposition to change (bad change). Conservative means defending your history, heritage, people and family from those who wish to do you harm, exploit you and erase it. You can choose to interpret that as nothing but bad, but again, that's your own small-mindedness and ignorance.

Progress implies forward motion. Your interpretation is clearly different but in common jargon, forward vs backward have moral and righteous values assigned to them.

Again, you're going against your own thought process when you qualify change that conservatives are against as bad. No, the word itself only means resistance to any change, not to bad change. Protecting heritage, yes. I am not claiming conservative is only bad; you're reading that into my post. And sorry protecting your country has nothing to do with conservative. Patriotism is not an exclusively conservative value. Your attempt to map everything into a left and right axis shows your "small mindedness." 

I should have stopped responding when you implied a Muslim or terrorist connection with Obama, an unfounded belief and something that has nothing to do with this post, which shows your ignorance.

 

I do not excuse these people at all for their horrible beliefs and threats to groups of people but to run around and say they're not conservative is just paranoid. They are staunchly nationalistic, religious, and fundamentalist. All extreme right traits. It's not ordinarily conservative. Being that is fine.  It's conservative on steroids. Also chill, no one is saying they're American or Western conservatives. The two groups hate each other.
