Im just saying that we are so quick to judge people who side with melanie because its a sexual misconduct situation but when gaga was accused of that thing with her assistant we took her side no questions asked. Just an observation. Not critisism

She's not saying much, which is smart. Currently, things are heated, so anything that she says will probably work against her. Still glad she spoke up instead of keeping silent. 

Also, I think she's waiting for the issue to calm down before saying her side.

I still don't know who to believe though. Some of Timothy's words do not coincide with the dates in some instagram posts + she even has a personality disorder.

If she was lying about the date, then why did Melanie say twice that she and her did indeed do something though? Maybe Timothy got the date wrong or something, I don't know, but it doesn't take away from the fact that Melanie essentially confessed to the situation.

i've been pretty neutral about this but also defending timothy due to some close minded thinking, but the fact the dates don't add up it is a bit  to say the least

i do think not seeking legal advice was a big f*ck up since it doesn't seem an investigation has been launched minus the fans digging up instagram posts

I don't know why you would believe Timothy if she was caught lying about the date.. I'm inclined to believe you're as guilty when caught lying if the suppose perpetrator was caught lying.

 

Also kinda irked me you said she could get it wrong, when she gave a specific date (June 25, 2015).  If you're not really sure, just say like "June 2015" or "Summer 2015"..

It does take away because Melanie said that they CHOSE to do it TOGETHER

But Timothy just lied about the date, if she didn't know it she wouldn't have been so specific

I dont believe Timothy for many reasons, not until theres better proof. Someone on here said "We should always believe the victim" and i could not roll my eyes harder. Theres a huge problem with that way of thinking, MJ wouldve been in jail if that were true. Those kids that lied were looking for money and they got it. Even if one of them later admitted he was lying, people still believe MJ was a pedophile and that destroyed his image. He became a joke. I say all that to say, Timothy still won here because people do not have a mind of their own on the internet nowadays. Most people believe what they read without questioning it and thats dangerous. Melanie has now lost over 4mil followers on twitter and possibly her music career? Even after Melanie made her statement, people tried to twist her words like she was saying she never said no to rape.  "What WE (plural) chose to do TOGETHER"
