I have the Come to Mama package for tomorrow and was wondering what time I need to arrive at the venue tomorrow. When I called the guy said there isn't a line for VIP because the check-in is different, so if the check-in for VIP is at 3:30, what time should I go? If you want to be first row then you should line up as early in the morning as you feel comfortable going because other people do that, a few hundred people will have CTM and they tend to fill up the first few rows. If you don't really care then honestly you can turn up 10 minutes before check-in, you'll still be pretty close to the stage since you have early entry.
