If we are going to act justly to people who sexually assault then that needs to include Men AND Women. That's why I am waiting to see how her label respond to this. Kevin Spacey is dropped from HOC a day after his accusations, she can get dropped from her record label after this.

You are so right! Dr. Luke was thrown from Sony, Harvey Weinstein was thrown from the Academy, Kavin Spacey was banned from Netflix(although he was absolutely innocent, appologised and that happened 40 years ago). I hate double standards(weather they are justifying man's or woman's actions). Melanie's label should break her contract and no self-respecting label should ever sign with her again.

Thanks for agreeing with me but was he innocent? I have heard that he has had more accusations come out against him and he is in rehab.

Kevin Spacey was not innocent, there have been more than 15 people who came forward about being harrassed/sexually assaulted by him, at least 7 of those people were former staffers of House Of Cards.

Did you miss the “we chose to do together.” I’m also wondering if they were both under the influence and Melanie started feeling up on her and Timothy was just out of it and in her mind she was saying no. There are so many factors and i don’t who to believe and just

wtf r u talking about literally all those people had evidence or multiple accusers coming forward or years and years of covered up sexual assault allegations. They caught Harvey on tape the the NYPD have a formal investigation against the rat and dont you dare say Kevin Spacey is innocent wtf is wrong with you. he had numerous allegations against him, some only months prior. 

the difference here is we dont know whos telling the truth. its word against word.

b) Why go to Twitter but not filing out a report etc.?

If Mel really was her friend like she claimed, why didn’t they talk about it? It seems from Mels statement that she never knew the hurt she did.

If Melanie did it then that bitch deserves to rot, but if she didn’t- Timothy just ruined her career and we don’t know if the motive could’ve been jealousy etc.

I really wish that one of them would take it to court and settle this whole thing.

a) because of everyone else coming forward now. strength in numbers. she addressed that in her post

b) again, read her post. there was a very clear power imbalance that would have made it impossible to report her friend to the police without jeopardizing her own livelihood. There are a lot of people who get abused but can't do anything about it because they are reliant on their abuser.
