he was not, he was acquited on all charges in a multi million courtcase that made him broke. Innocent until proven guilty. Also from the moment Thriller went big, he had hundreds of courtcases running against him on an annual basis just to get money out of him.

Why do people admire Marilyn Monroe when she was a troubled alcoholic sleeping around with married men? Why are people fans of Amy Winehouse when she was coked up all the time? The song isn't about the man John Wayne or his character. He's a legendary name and people know of him and he's the first person to come to mind when you think of cowboys. His legendary status is already cemented so it's too late to vilify him for his alleged crimes unless we just wipe him out of history? 

He's a representation of a bad boy from the Wild West.

I'm gonna bet you guys feel so sorry for every woman who's claimed to have been sexually assaulted and hate every accused man in Hollywood despite any evidence. I've followed the court case as a fan of pop culture and I can say I personally believe he was guilty. And I said "almost" definitely lol. Can you please relax?? Lmao. I mean I'm pretty sure OJ is a killer too despite him not being "proven" guilty.
