But at the same time it just sounds like young Stefani to me... If you watch those early videos of the Stefani Germanotta Band, or Gaga before she had her stage name, you can definitely tell it's the same girl singing in Summerboy. She does also use her head voice though, but that's just the same light, high pitched vocals she's serving in Paparazzi.
