Her Vegas deal is the only thing in entertainment everyone is talking about. Every radio station I switched to, and just moments ago local tv station talked about it with bated breath. And only $100M is mentioned.

I think so. The documentary was sold to Netflix in a deal brokered by CAA/Christian Carino. The exact amount was not disclosed, but they were the highest bidder. Plus, Netflix has deep pockets, so there could be a provision for a "profit participation" aka back-end.
