I’m living for the meltdowns. Inb4 Joanne becomes the next single +  no “pop” album until 2019. 

I think Gaga and team recognises her strengths, she cannot rely on pop radio for hits and her streaming is average at best. She’s most known as a charismatic performer.

Any future project of hers will not be rolled out traditionally. Joanne with NFL, Bud Light, Netflix; ASIB with Warner Bros  and Vegas. These should give us enough clues on what the future holds.

yesterday when i read the news i was like omg thats it she's retiring i will never see her live i had a MELTDOWN but now i'm ok with it tbh, we waited 3 years for joanne and we'll probably wait a lot for lg6 so i prefer her doing shows (new performances outfits etc) than go farming again and only appear every 6months to post pictures os horses and cooking

This ... but the LG6 will come sooner than you think, this contract has no exclusivity to vegas

Anitta has 4 songs in the 50 most played spotify brazil (#1, #2, #20 and #37) streaming queen, she literally just replaced herself in the #1 spot (Before was Downtown, now is Vai Malandra)

This is why i dont want her to do this. While she is one of the top females in the industry right now and the biggest she has ben in years in the US, most parts of the world sees her as a flop and has been, they just ignore her major succes for some reason. She really need to visit alot of contries next era and atleast have 1 song that goes top 5 in all major-moderate markets

Her worst major markets were UK and AUS, The Cure got over 10K and radio spins in both— She will be fine..

also this year she had at least 7 #1 songs on spotify brazil (i think there were more from collabs but i'm not sure): Sua Cara, Paradinha, Will I See You, Is That for Me, Downtown and Vai Malandra

The Vegas residency is the right move for her,  she's a legacy act now.
