she'll have time to rest She can do ''legs'' just like JLo and perform 3 times a week in Vegas for 1 month( or maybe 2 weeks) and then have 4 months to relax without doing shows. She knows she can do it, we don't know how her body pain works. we don't know anything... we just know that the residency starts in December 2018 and she will receive 100m for that, maybe she will do 1 show per week. She will have time to record the new album in peace cause she will have A LOT of free time just like JLo

30 or so shows in per year is like.. nothing. LOL. The drama.

All she cancelled was the festival, which was ONE day. She already rescheduled EU. So stop acting like she abandoned so many obligations for this.

Hmm... here's an opinion I fully support (from p&j):

...For a forum full of pop music fans, a lot of you should update your views on how the market is changing these days. Las Vegas is no longer a retirement home for musicians, it's a highly lucrative part of the industry that very few artists have the catalogue or the status to actually achieve, or be invited plus the tourism in Las Vegas is getting younger. Artists like Gaga, Bruno, and Britney are able to appeal to many age demographics, plus earn unbelievable amounts of money in the process. Don't blame Gaga for being profitable and in-demand.

It's not the same for every artist, and I doubt that Gaga is planning on performing X number of shows a year in Vegas and doing nothing else. She won't be contractually tied down to Vegas exclusively. Do you really think that even if she didn't tour during this time, her worldwide audience will be gone in 2 years? She probably wouldn't be touring during that time without Vegas anyway.

Congratulations to her, what a wonderful deal and also an opportunity to balance her life alongside her hectic touring schedule! Gaga keeps winning, what's new?

I wonder if the reaction would have been the same if the location was different geographically. LA or NYC (Broadway per say). Stop being negative. No one knows the future. Whatever happens, happens for the best.

the shows are going to be way more spread out than a world tour, you're really meltdowning for no reason  if anything, this is great for her WW appeal cus she now has the time to focus on that whilst staying relevant in america

 they probably knew that this was coming when LG6 was in the making so for me it's not a sign that the album is not coming soon

I definitely agree. The meltdowns are ridiculous when we're obviously getting ASIB and LG6 in 2018.
