Good cuz if this would have defended that statement... MLA format, 12 point, Times New Roman, double spaced drag would have been on your desk before you could even take your next breath.

I would get a hit thread :lolly:

I think it's a decent song but it sounds a bit dated to me like it was released in the wrong time. It doesn't seem to fit in the present time. I think it would have fared better in the early noughties.

Sorry but I was a young teen back then and Madonna was my idol. I just feel like that song is more suited to that time. I didn't diss the song itself, it's really not that bad a song. :laughga:

I believe that time isn't meant to define music

Ok, I like to give credit where it's due. I just listened to it because it's been a while and it's grown on me a bit more. However, the production and heavy use of auto tune just makes me feel like it's been done before and something about it transports me back to a different era when pop music was a bit more basic. It feels lack lustre to me and that's just how it affects me personally. I admit I do like it a little bit more now after another listen and feel a bit more like Madonna deserved more recognition for this piece of art, but also can't help feeling that she should have tweaked it a little bit more so that it would sound more unique and special. It's a shame it's destined to disappear into obscurity.

That + Wash All Over Me, Heartbreak City and Devil Pray are my favorite songs from Rebel Heart. Truly an underrated album.

Well she is a musical goddess and this was one of the best pop songs of 2015.

I love scorching hot tea. :classy:
