gays have always existed but until the last 20-30 years few were open about it and many wouldnt even admit it to themselves and lived the lives of straights out of social expectation. Up until recently theyd get married and reproduce like everyone else so it wouldnt have affected population. Few cultures eccepted it in the past. Ancient Greece and a couple others were rare exeptions

 

Secondly Earths population is due to peak within our lifetime and population ages and birth rates keep dropping like a stone in developing and develiped world

 

Its exepcted By 2050 population will be as high as it will ever be then enter terminal decline

 

Science fiction movies and general population still depict the future with the general belief we will forever grow in numbers abd over-population will keep getting worse but the demographics do not support that

 

Within a few decades population globally will be falling by several Million a year if trends dont change with Africa being the only continuent still with Natural Population growth (Natural means excluding gains by immigration)

If the global population increases by 3 billion people, food production will also need to rise to meet these growing demands. Finding adequate agricultural land, however, will be a challenge, as soil erosion and more frequent droughts related to climate change render larger tracts of land unusable. One in nine people in the world is currently suffering from chronic undernourishment. 

In particular, southern Asia, western Asia and northern Africa have virtually no spare land available to expand agricultural practices, according to the 2013 Statistical Yearbook of the Food and Agricultural Organization for the United Nations, published in June.

More people on Earth also means more competition for water. Currently, one of the main uses for water is in agriculture, and ensuring that populations have access to clean drinking water will be another significant challenge, since global warming may cause arid regions of the planet to become even more parched.

A 2011 report on the state of the world's land and water resources, released by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, established that more than 40 percent of the world's rural population lives in water-scarce regions.

I guess its varying projections. The projection i saw said world population would peak by 2050

 

Anyway theres enough land... a lot of land is wasted on things like tabbacco or growing bio-fuels which is a lame industry that requires government subsities to survive which we dont need as theres plenty of oil available not to mention renewables energies

 

in addition half the food in developed Nations ends up in the garbage (unsold stock + what families end up not consuming)

 

I think the problem isnt that Earth cant feed everyone the problem is we are misusing resources!!!

 

PS: This is a reason why many say Canada should focus on agriculture instead of fossil fuels. We have TONES of fresh water, lots of land and Global Warming will increase our growing seasons while most Nations will suffer from it

I thought that was actually pretty obvious. Morality has to do with actions, being gay is not an action, it's a fact for someone who is gay. Their actions can be judged according to a moral compass just like any other human being. A gay man who cheats, rapes, kills, assaults, lies..etc. is an immoral gay man and the fact that he's gay or not doesn't change the nature of his actions, if we replace the word "gay" with "straight", cheating, rape, murder and assault would still be immoral actions. So one's sexuality, like race, gender, sex, nationality and even religion, don't affect morality, it's the actions that we commit that decide our morality.

I'm so over people fighting over my identity. I don't need anyone's validation to know whether a part of my identity is logical or immoral or natural/ unnatural or a sin or not.
