How do you get a Joanne World Tour Hoodie/merch replica that's cheap

So I really want this Joanne World Tour Black Hoodie because it looks sick, but no way in hell im paying $80 for something that can be done yourself (hopefully). If you want to do it illegally first you need to find the HQ image that’s on the hoodie. Then go on a t-shirt making site (like Vista Prints or anything that doesn’t recognize copyrighted images ) and format the picture to your liking on the hoodie you choose. It’ll probably be $10-$30 depending on the fabric and size. Good luck!
