Clearly? Not really, but probably did. And it's like two bars only, a monkey can play that. But to play it well? Now that's another story.... 

And in general I would say the Mozart sonata as a wienese classical piece is harder to play well than the rag (it has its own dificulties too, its not easy).

Boy, she studied at CAP21 at Tisch School of the Arts, which is a conservatory you have to know how to play a piano...and neither the rag and mozart sonata are one of the hardest stuff to play, my sister played both of them when she was like 12 and studies at the same school Gaga did, they don't just let you join you have to know how to play, sing and act...

Where did I say they are even remotely from the hardest end of pieces to play?? And when did I say she has not studied piano and had classical lessons? Nowhere... BUT it doesnt change the fact about her level of skills.

And rag time is still harder than the sonata technically, unless you have troubles with phrasing, mozart is basiqué. And yes she clearly did play it. Now if what we're hearing is really what she played without being polished, that's a whole other story
