What was a 14 year old doing at a party with adults...unsupervised? I swear Hollywood sets these kids up. They should always have supervision! (Not excusing the adult's actions here) 

I love Anthony Rapp! His voice! 

And I love Kevin Spacey as an actor. I hope he doesn't turn out to be another Weinstein.

2010's, the decade of sexual assault/abuse scandals. No but seriously, I'm kind of confused as to what happened. Was he just drunk and tried to seduce him or what ? How drunk was he that he doesn't remember that ? 

Before everyone jumps on him and calls him names just for this, it's not like he did something sexual or abused him or traumatized him. I hope Kevin's career doesn't end with this because I feel like sex scandals are getting super explosive nowadays.

This is not an assault. I understand it’s innapropriate, but he didn’t force him to do anything sexual. ANd he got out of it. HE is not a sexual assault victim. Kind of a victim of sexual harassment, but even then, it doesnt sound recurring.

y'all this is unacceptable you don't need to defend spacey. I highly doubt this is the only incident if he was trying to have sex with a 14 year old. VERY HIGHLY. Not only that, but coming out in the same breath as admitting to sexually harassing a child isn't going to be great for the LGBT community. This whole thing is absolutely detestable.

I really don't feel like he should be punished for something he did in 1986. Especially 'cause it wasn't rape or even sexual assault and 'cause he's willing to talk about it instead of denying it.

I'm sure there are more incidents of underage harassment or assault. we're talking about a pedophile here. If he has this urge and made this move 30 years ago, it's highly likely there are more stories to be told. I'm not going to wait for them and give a pedo the benefit of the doubt lol. 

edit: also he did not address the age of Rapp at the time which is the most atrocious part of this.

yeah, i agree. it's a not an assault, thanks for clearing that up. but it is still very inappropriate when the person on the receiving end of these unwanted sexual advances is a 14 year old boy (not that if he were of age that would have been appropriate).

Well, we don't know if there are more stories. Being a pedophile means way more than drunkenly harassing a kid once 30 years ago. I'm sure if he was one we would know by now. It's a very serious psychosexual disorder where an adult can't get off unless it's with a pre-puberty kid.
