Can Despacito retake the top spot on the weekly YouTube chart?

This week Despacito is predicted to fall to 4, its lowest ranking since late February and its first week away from the top spot since the week of September 7th (LMYMMDs first full week). 

Can Despacito turn this around and return to number one and continue its reign at number one on the YouTube chart? It needs to if it wants beat Gangnam Style for being the longest running number one in the charts history.
