"Candy In Control" NOT a Monster Demo?

So I was reading about outtakes from Gaga albums on Gagapedia and came across this..

Apparently it's called "Candy In Control" and not at all a Monster demo like most though. I could see it being something like a Eh Eh/Sometimes kinda deal. I just thought it was interesting now because if it's not a demo then its its own song which makes it a full on FM outtake.

It's the first time I heard this.

I listened to that and it might be true.  It might be either a concept demo, or a different song which she reworked into a new one (like Earthquaque - Fashion Of His Love).
