Well she clarified that for her taking a break means doing new music so... I think she chnaged her way of releasing albums. Like for for ARTPOP she wrote tons of songs and spent a lot of time changing. Yes Joanne took a while but what we know the final album was written and produced all over a period of 6-9 months. And from what i read regarding that Mark kind of changed how long she spends on producing and changing. Sorry for the long paragraph, so I would guess she will release a song or two by the end of the tour and release the album after ASIB COME ON GAYS!! If so, it’d feel so weird. Joanne was most of the fan base’ least favorite album, and for her to begin a campaign for the next album only a year after it’s release would be a confession of that almost. It’d feel so unauthentic, and forced. She is more than likely just going to take a break like she said she would. Releasing an album so quickly after all the blood, sweat, tears, and emotion behind Joanne...it doesn’t feel right, and it doesn’t look right. Almost feels hypocritical. But she's an artist who loves making music. I understand where you're coming from, so not too early, but not too late. Hopefully sometime late next year after her tour is over!
