Magilou from Tales of Beseria! It's a JRPG that I'm a big fan of. It has anime cutscenes but no anime.

Well technically there is. Tales of Berseria is the PREQUEL to Tales of Zesteria. Tales of Zesteria does have an anime and she, Magilou, is in an episode.
