It has the cool explosion at the beginning that all Born This Way choruses have, but melodically is very meh. I love melodies and playing Marry the night on the piano is very boring, the first half is not interesting melodically and the second half is just monotone (muh muh muh marry the night). MTN's verses are a lot better melodically. The best choruses are, in my opnion : Paparazzi , Aura, Dance in the Dark, So Happy I Could Die, and Joanne. Paparazzi has it all : the change from minor to major sounds angelic, the production and her voice and the melody is just... Aura has an OK melody but the production and slamming drums really define the chorus from the rest of her discography. Dance in the Dark is really cool because of its chord progression, and especially bc its a minor>major change from the rest of the song. So Happy I Could Die, instrumentally, is such a change from the rest of the song that it sounds dreamlike and is pretty amazing. Joanne is almost like Joanne (album)'s paparazzi.
