Well should the top 200 be a reflection of songs which are listened to but are not purchased? Especially if people know a way to fake views by refreshing after a certain amount of time.

I was under the impression these charts measured the popularity of music, and that's not exclusive to sales. 

The market is changing and so will the charts.
