I don't think Havana had any payola, it started slaying on its own on Spotify initially.

It's definitely being pushed heavily, it's on more playlists on Spotify than any other song with nearly 100 million total followers

she's not ''literally flopping'' she's kinda underperforming. LWYMMD has sold more than 3m WW, its 2x platinum in US (SPS) and was #1, yes it didn't spend 14 weeks in the top 10 but the song is not a flop. it will outsell Applause WW and in the US at this point
