I mean the only one time promo she did was the superbowl and carpool since those are pretty much dead now. She got hit after hit during tf-btw and Applause + DWUW without those so no worries. She is in good with the gp and media for the next album and i think also a star is born will help her and possible hit from the soundtrack. 

Interscope just needs to change the way of doing promo for her. She can no longer travel the world and do x promos everyday and also it doesn't help as much as it used to. Great radio deal, viral video and spotify playlists and there you have a hit as long as the song is good and most of her singles usually have great rep once discovered. The only singles she ever released that failed because of the song is Judas and PI. G.U.Y maybe also but that one was also released after the era was dead already with no promo at all so we can't know really 

She should use a major event to launch the lead single though, Maybe single+video release on an friday then grammy peformance or something as big on the sunday and then just Talent shows/talkshows here and there while spotify, radio and the video does the rest. A commercial for something big like the DWUW or Applause would also give the song more longevity.

I honestly feel that with the next album Gaga is in a place where the GP will eat anything she puts out up, because she has them in her grip again, they all love her again. Her streaming numbers are growing, and if “the cure” + her hunting at working with DJWS is any indication, she’s going to grow again.
