but that time you cant find any other song similar to TF sound. 

They barely played Just Dance 

then the sound become popular late 2008 then they played it.

TF smashed because of Gaga and then TF sound become popular with Black Eyed Peas The END album. Both the fame and the end made edm mainstream.  They werent radio smash albums in 2008

it wasn't but she made it be, and it still is to this day 

never happened to ARTPOP and no way it could have,  she released it when no one cared about edm anymore
