Aside from touring, Rih wins over Gaga, objectively speaking. I too am a bit jealous of LOTB's radio peak, her singles and album peak on the charts, ANTi going 90+ weeks on BB200, amazing streams, higher MC scores but that doesn't mean I'll be delusional over stan wars. No offense meant for real.

Dennis is from Germany too, it's a bit complicated. You'd have to buy them from 5 seperate stores (yes, the cashiers could snitch on authorities for chart fraud if you bought them in 5 transactions at the same store, it has happened before), and ordering them online doesn't work either since all online retailers are obliged to forward your address and bank data to the National Federation of Record Sales in Germany, so they can check how many of the same albums were bought from the same bank account.
