Idk bout radio, but Tik Tok sold better than Bad Romance (even in hindsight, it's at 6,800,000 pure in the US while Bad Romance is at 5,600,000 pure). And Tik Tok also had several sales weeks where it logged over 500k (around new years & christmas)

I think Tik Tok would have been #1 over Bad Romance anyways, I just think that Bad Romance would have edged out Empire State of Mind, which was #1 before Tik Tok.
